History and mission

CET Central European Translations was founded in 1994 as a network of Central- and Eastern European translation offices. Offices exist now in Romania, Hungary, Germany and Italy. Our mission is to serve our clients in all issues addressing Central- and Eastern European languages: translations of all kinds of documents, interpreting, desk top publishing. One of our strong competences is Website localization for the Central- and Eastern European region, thus allowing our customers to address a huge market via the internet.


To guarantee top quality our translators and interpreters are native speakers, have usually a university degree and a thorough education in languages, translations or their respective specialization area. Each document is double checked by another proof reader to ensure highest quality standards. You decide on the format you wish the documents to be delivered: we master Word, Powerpoint, Excel, HTML and a wide array of other formats.


We translate from/to all Central- and Eastern European languages. Central- and Eastern European languages comprise Romanian, Rumanian, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Czech, Slovenian, Slovakian, Polish, Turkish, Russian, Croatian, and Serbian.
